Crew Tracking & Field View

Crew Tracking provides dispatchers and office staff with real-time operational visibility into crew progress, job statuses, and field locations.

The Crew List View

Located under Operations → Crew List:

Shows all active field crews for the selected day.
Displays crew leader name, assigned technicians, and assigned vehicle/equipment.
Real-time status indicators:
- 🟢 On Site: Currently clocked into a job.
- 🟡 In Transit: En route to next property.
- ⚪ Idle / On Break: Clocked into lunch or yard time.
- 🏁 Route Finished: All assigned jobs completed.

Field Job Execution (Crew Leader Workflow)

When crew leaders arrive on site:

Open PrairieHQ on their mobile device or tablet.
Select the current job from their daily route list.
Tap Start Job: Records exact arrival timestamp and GPS location.
Review property notes, gate access codes, and service check items.
Record site photos (before/after) if required by the customer contract.
Tap Complete Job: Records exit timestamp, total person-hours consumed, and any field notes.

Live GPS & Map Tracking

Under Operations → Job Tracking:

Interactive map showing today's service locations and route progress.
Color-coded pins indicate pending, in-progress, and completed stops.
Allows dispatchers to answer client inquiries ("When will the crew arrive?") with accurate live data.
