Site Reviews & Inspections

Site Reviews (also known as Grounds Inspections, Quality Audits, or Check Sheets) enable account managers and field supervisors to inspect properties, ensure quality standards, and generate upsell opportunities.

Why Use Site Reviews?

  • Quality Control: Verify that mowing, edging, bed maintenance, or snow plowing meets contract standards.
  • Client Transparency: Share branded inspection reports directly with property managers.
  • Upsell Identification: Spot landscape hazards, dead shrubs, turf disease, or drainage issues and convert them directly into enhancement proposals.
  • Seasonal Hand-off: Document pre-season and post-season property conditions before winter or spring services begin.

Conducting a Site Review

  1. Navigate to Workbook → Site Reviews and click + New Site Review.
  2. Select the Customer and Property.
  3. Choose an Audit Template (e.g., "Monthly Grounds Quality Audit", "Winter Pre-Season Site Walk", "Irrigation System Check").
  4. Complete the scored sections:
    • Turf & Lawn Health: Score 1–5, notes, and photos.
    • Shrub & Tree Pruning: Inspection notes and clearance verification.
    • Flower Beds & Mulch: Weed presence, mulch depth, edging quality.
    • Hardscapes & Curbs: Curb damage, litter presence, pavement condition.
  5. Capture photos directly from your tablet or mobile camera.
  6. Add general recommendations or immediate safety hazards.
